Apartment Loan Producer

Objective:

To develop, enhance and foster relationships with apartment investors & developers for the sole purpose of providing proactive, quick and tactical financing solutions.

Day-To-Day Operational Activities:

• Develop key business relationships within a target market of investors, developers, commercial brokers, etc.
• Perform outbound calls and attend external meetings with prospective clients.
• Perform underwriting activities including credit analysis, tax / cash-flow analysis, loan analysis and cost analysis for individuals, businesses and commercial properties.
• Create pro forma financial data for commercial clients.
• Generate executive summaries for transactions in preparation of project marketing.
• Audit and update financial institution profile information on a regular basis
• Establish daily, monthly, quarterly and annual goals for accomplishments and continual improvement
• Work with colleagues to enhance internal efficiencies and process improvements.

Qualifications and Skill Set Requirements:

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Have at least 2 to 3 year of commercial finance sales experience or 3 to 4 years of Professional Sales
• Able to demonstrate sales and marketing capabilities
• Analytically minded with credit or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Marketing or Economics is preferred.
• Pay is 100% commission, so we are looking for extremely motivated individuals.
