David Kotter is the CEO/President of Integrity Capital, LLC since 2003.  The Company focuses on proactive commercial mortgage services for clients throughout the United States.  Loan parameters are 2 to 100 million and they have funded over 700 Million to date.  Historical transactions include the following:

• 7.250 Million for a vertical construction of self storage in AZ
• 11 Million retail bridge loan in Las Vegas, NV
• 13.5 Million car wash portfolio refinance in Phoenix, AZ
• 9.375 Million industrial construction in Arizona
• 4.050 Million for industrial acquisition in Arizona
• 8.5 Million construction of a Tucson Self Storage
• 9.825 Million for retail anchor shopping in Texas
• 4.875 Million for retail acquisition Arizona
• 8.718 Million for multi tenant retail acquisition in Phoenix, AZ

David is a husband of Jill, a father of 2 children, founder of H3, the Phoenix Rescue Mission, Elder at Scottsdale Bible Church and an advocate of the poor and disenfranchised.  He won 4 out of 5 national championships for Rugby and played in New Zealand/Australia.  David is an Eagle Scout, loves to hike and is a huge fan of Chris Botti. 

Tom Hartje has 19 years experience in the lending industry and has been with Integrity Capital, LLC since February 2018.  The Company focuses on proactive commercial mortgage services for clients throughout the United States.  Loan parameters are 2 to 100 million and they have funded over 700 Million to date.

Tom and his fiancé Aurora live with their children in Glendale, AZ. Tom is a member of H3 and an advocate of the poor and disenfranchised. He enjoys the challenge of learning something new and opportunities to be creative. He often spends his free time working in the garage or enjoying photography.
